Shipping Coverage Area
Finest Dynamics currently provides professional delivery services exclusively within the Continental United States. By focusing our logistics network on domestic routes, we maintain higher standards of oversight and more reliable transit windows for our clients. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.
Shipping Costs
Finest Dynamics is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden freight surcharges. The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay for delivery to your door.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your request and have begun the process of verifying stock availability and coordinating with our domestic fulfillment partners. Payments are securely processed at the time of order placement to reserve your inventory and initiate the fulfillment process with our domestic partners.
Order Processing Time
Quality takes coordination. Our standard handling and processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Please note that our logistics operations run Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
The moment your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a shipment notification to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include a dedicated tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
Estimated Delivery Time
We strive to get your professional workspace upgraded as quickly as possible. Once processed, the average transit time is 3 to 7 business days. In total, most customers can expect their delivery within 6 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. While these are estimates, we work tirelessly to meet or exceed these windows.
Shipping Carriers & Freight
To ensure the safety of high-ticket items, we utilize a network of trusted professional carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For larger executive desks or substantial furniture suites, we employ specialized Freight Carriers. If your order requires freight delivery, the carrier will typically contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window that fits your schedule.
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for perfection, external factors like extreme weather or carrier volume can occasionally impact timelines. At Finest Dynamics, we believe in proactive communication. If a delay occurs, or if an item is found to be on backorder, a member of our team will contact you directly with an updated timeline. You will always have the option to proceed with the updated schedule or discuss alternative solutions.
